74 ton heavy duty double beams QDY model electric casting bridge crane for steel mill is composed of boxed bridge frame, hook, crane travelling mechanism and electric system. The main hook employs a load tool as the lifting device to hoist steel ladle, the auxiliary hook cooperate with the main hook to accomplish pouring of molten steel and steel slag, and other auxiliary hoisting.Use various speed system with speed ratio as 1:10 for main mechanisms such as hoisting, trolley traversing and crane travelling. Also we can choose the suitable speed under the customer requirement.
Main features:
1, 5~74t Double girder remote control CCM workshop EOT crane has very special safe design,it uses two pcs of wire rope system for the main hook, the device is called Balance Arm, any each wire rope is damaged or broken,the other wirerope will safely hold the ladle in the air and wont let it fall down,then to avoid accident.
2, Anti high temperature design, there is heat proof layer on bottom of main girder.
3, Main hook and Aux.hook all have two sets of brake,more safety.
4, Safety monitor is provided to monitor each motion,all data, i.e current,moving speed,are displayed in the cabin,operator can see it clearly.
5, In addition, Safe hydraulic brake is installed onto the flange of the wirerope drum, one more layer of safety guarantee.
